1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using FXInsight, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.

2. Analytics, not financial advice

FXInsight provides historical market data, statistical tools, calendars, charts, and educational information. It does not provide investment advice, personalised recommendations, trade signals, brokerage, portfolio management, or a promise of any result. Nothing on FXInsight is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a financial instrument.

3. Your account

You are responsible for access to your Google account and for activity carried out through your FXInsight account. Provide accurate information, keep access secure, and notify FXInsight if you suspect misuse. You may not share access in a way that circumvents platform limits or security.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or use the service to mislead or harm others;
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use automated access without written permission or resell, republish, or commercially exploit the service or its datasets without permission;
• upload malicious code or use the service in a way that interferes with other users.

FXInsight may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.

5. Beta service and data quality

FXInsight may be offered as a beta. Features can change, fail, or be withdrawn, and access may be interrupted. Market and economic-calendar data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected later, or affected by source and timezone differences. You must independently verify information before relying on it for a trading or financial decision.

6. Intellectual property

FXInsight and its original software, design, text, branding, and compiled outputs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. External services

Google sign-in and links to third-party websites are governed by those providers' terms. FXInsight is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FXInsight is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular trading purpose. FXInsight is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes and termination

FXInsight may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible and the update date will change. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the FXInsight operator is established, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. The courts of that jurisdiction have authority unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
